1. Acceptance of Terms:
By using our website or renting equipment from RecovRentals, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
‍2. Rental Terms: The rental period for all equipment will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Any extension of the rental period must be requested before the end of the agreed term.All equipment is delivered in clean and sanitized condition. Customers are responsible for maintaining the equipment in good condition and returning it in a similar state.The equipment is to be used only for post-operation recovery purposes as intended and must not be altered or tampered with.
‍3. Payments and Fees
Local Rentals (Within London, ON)- Rental fees are due at the time of booking or upon delivery and setup completion.- A valid credit card number and CVV are required to place a temporary hold for potential loss or damage.- We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Apple Pay and Interac.

‍Deliveries Outside London, ON- A delivery fee will be charged on the day of delivery, as agreed upon at the time of booking.- To process the delivery fee, a valid credit card number and CVV are required.- Rental fees are due upon setup completion.- We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Apple Pay and Interac.

4. Delivery and pick up: We provide free delivery and pick up services for rental equipment within London, Ontario. For other location within Southwest Ontario such as
East: Dorchester, Thamesford, Putnam, Embro, Tavistock, Ingersoll, Woodstock, Norwich, Tillsonburg
North: Arva, Ilderton, Lucan, Granton, Thorndale, St. Marys, Stratford, Mitchell, Dublin, Listowel, Seaforth, Clinton, Goderich
South: Talbotville, St. Thomas, Union, Port Stanley, Aylmer, Belmont, Springfield, Vienna, Port Burwell
West: Komoka, Kilworth, Mount Brydges, Delaware, Strathroy, Parkhill, Forest, Thedford, Grand Bend, Petrolia, Wyoming, Sarnia.

‍Same-Day Delivery: Same-day delivery is garanteed within London, Ontario.
- Same-day delivery for outside of London may be available if booked early in the day. Additional delivery fees apply. Call us for the exact quote and availability.

‍Pick-Up Policy:To ensure a secure and seamless rental process, the following requirements apply when picking up equipment:

‍Patient Identification: A valid government-issued photo ID is required to confirm the identity of the renter and ensure proper documentation.

‍Credit Card and CVV: A valid credit card number and CVV must be provided to place a temporary security hold for potential loss or damage during the rental period. This ensures the safe return of the equipment in its original condition.
5. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the rental start date are eligible for a full refund. After that, a cancellation fee may apply. Refunds are issued for cancellations within the specified time frame. No refunds will be issued after the equipment has been delivered unless it is proven to be defective or not as described.

‍6. Customer Responsibilities Liability: The customer assumes all responsibility for the care and use of the rented equipment. Any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment during the rental period is the sole responsibility of the customer.

‍Health and Safety: The customer is responsible for ensuring the proper and safe use of all equipment and following all manufacturer instructions and guidelines provided.

‍7. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur due to improper use of the equipment or any failure to follow provided guidelines. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental service.

8. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice. This includes changing rental rates, terms, and equipment availability.
