Surgery dates are often adjusted, postponed, or rescheduled by your surgeon and that is completely normal. Your recovery journey is our priority, and we’re here to support you through those changes.
Rescheduling
If your surgery date changes, simply let us know as soon as possible.
We will do our best to move your reservation to your new date and ensure a set is available when you need it.
Cancellation
There is no cancellation fee when:
- You notify us within a reasonable timeframe.
- The cancellation is related to a surgery change or medical reason.
We aim to be fair and understanding, especially when circumstances are outside your control.

We operate with a limited number of equipment sets to maintain quality and cleanliness for every patient.
Letting us know early helps us:
- Offer your reserved set to another patient in need
- Plan delivery routes efficiently
- Continue providing same-day service when possible
