Face Down Equipment Rental and Our Services.

1. How long is the rental period?
The all-inclusive flat rate package includes the equipment rental for up to 10 days. Do not worry about tier pricing if your recovery period get extended by your surgeon.
2. What if my surgery date isn't confirmed or gets rescheduled?
This is a very common situation, and we aim to minimize your stress. Simply reserve your equipment set. It is our responsibility to ensure the equipment is ready for you on any date you need it.
3. Can I pick up the equipment?
Delivery and professional setup are included in our all-inclusive package. Our specialist must be at your location for approximately 45 minutes to set up the equipment properly. Therefore, picking up the equipment is not highly recommended.
4. Are pillow cases included?
Yes, each piece of equipment comes with 2 clean, disposable pillow covers.
5. How do you ensure the equipment is clean?
We maintain a hospital-clean standard for all our facedown recovery equipment using:Purerox® Disinfectant – a hydrogen peroxide-based cleaner proven to kill 99.9% of viruses and bacteria.Clorox® Healthcare products – trusted for high-touch sanitizing in medical settings.These safe and effective products are used after every single rental to ensure your equipment is delivered as fresh and clean as day one.
