Use at the hospital:
You will be asked to stay face down right after surgery during your post-op.
This device allows you to start right away.
Use it in the car:
Face down until you arrive home.
Use at home:
Place it on a table or counter.
Lean forward and rest your head on the cushion.
Adjust the height and angle to match your setup such as kitchen island, coffee table, a desk ,dinning table , reclining bed or chair, etc.
For longer sitting, switch back to the
face down chair for better comfort.
Spend 1 to 2 hours on the device, then switch to other equipment in your
all inclusive package.
Some patient preferred to prop pillow on their laps for sitting positon.
