Scenario 1: A Planned Surgery

Step 1: You call and secure a set for that date.

Step 2: We arrive one day before your surgery, set everything up, and walk you through how to use it so you feel confident and comfortable.

Step 3: (Post Surgery)
Everything is ready for you when you return from the hospital. You understand how to operate equipment and all the tips to stay comfortable.

Scenario 2: Urgent Surgery

Same-day service

Same-day delivery available for face down patients

Step 1: Delivery address confirmed within the same day.

Step 2: We arrive within 1–2 hours depending on your location, set everything up, and guide you through how to use it as soon as possible.

Step 3: Your setup is ready right away now that you understand how to operate all equipment and all the tips to stay comfortable from our team.

2. Is same-day delivery available across Southwestern Ontario?

Same-day delivery is available across most of our service area depending on your location and what time you call. Call early in the day to confirm.

3 . How long does it take to set up?

For face down equipment it usually takes 30-40 minutes in your house for our specialist to set up and walk you through on how to get the most comfortable.

4. Can I need to pick up the equipment myself?

No. We handle everything for you.
We deliver, set up, and show you how to use the equipment. When your recovery is complete, we come back to pick everything up.

5. How far do you deliver for face down recovery equipment?

Most cities within a 1.5 hour radius of London are covered. Call to confirm your specific location and same-day availability.

6 . What if I need equipment urgently?
