Term of Service

Welcome to RecovRentals (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website and services, including renting equipment, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or renting equipment from RecovRentals, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Rental Terms

  • Rental Period: The rental period for all equipment will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Any extension of the rental period must be requested before the end of the agreed term.
  • Equipment Condition: All equipment is delivered in clean and sanitized condition. Customers are responsible for maintaining the equipment in good condition and returning it in a similar state.
  • Usage:  The equipment is to be used only for post-operation recovery purposes as intended and must not be altered or tampered with.
3. Payments and Fees
  • Rental Fees: All fees for rental services are due at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Security Deposit: A 100 CAD refundable security deposit is required upon the selected delivery date. This deposit will be returned upon the safe return of all rented items in good condition.
  • Late Fees: If the equipment is not returned by the agreed-upon date, a late fee may be charged for each additional day.

4. Delivery and Pick up:

We provide free delivery and pick up services for rental equipment within London, Ontario.

 For other location within Southwest Ontario such as St. Thomas,  Windsor, Sarnia, Strathroy, Port Stanley, Lambton, Grand Bend area, etc. Please contact us to discuss delivery options and availability.


5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the rental start date are eligible for a full refund. After that, a cancellation fee may apply.
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued for cancellations within the specified time frame. No refunds will be issued after the equipment has been delivered unless it is proven to be defective or not as described.
6. Customer Responsibilities
  • Liability: The customer assumes all responsibility for the care and use of the rented equipment. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear or loss of equipment will result in charges to cover repair or replacement.
  • Health and Safety: The customer is responsible for ensuring the proper and safe use of all equipment and following all manufacturer instructions and guidelines provided.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur due to improper use of the equipment or any failure to follow provided guidelines. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental service.

8. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice. This includes changing rental rates, terms, and equipment availability.

9. Disclaimer
The information on this website is not intended to replace a one-on-one relationship with a qualified health care professional and is not intended as medical advice.
